September is also known as Late Summer, like the sunset of the season, as we start to slow down and return to some sense or rhythm and routine again.
There’s a slowing down, but you can still hold onto that warm glow of summer, if you focus on that ultimate healing light-giver – the sun.
What better ritual to adopt than catching as many sunrises and sunsets as you can?
Let me inspire to open and close the day with some nature-inspired movement and mindfulness. Classes this month will be streamed live from Croatia, the beautiful Dalmatian coastline, which enjoy the most stunning sunsets.
