Soma Dance and Festival Closing Party at Elixir Vitae Studio
For the element of spirit or ether, we selected movement meditation through Soma dance, a dance from your essence, your truth and your inner experience. If you have never given yourself this experience, this is a must. It is not a dance class, but rather a facilitated journey into full presence, joy of being and movement.

Feel it to heal it, and move your way back into freedom in the body.
This is for all levels, you work with your body and how it wants to move.
No strict rules or lines, just moving in the way nature intended, releasing stuck energy and emotions, and re-claiming your wild and free soul.Imagine how you dance in your own kitchen at home, like no-one’s watching, but with a group of like-minded souls, and a bit of inspiration for moves that will help release tension and bring about a sense of freedom.
What To Expect:
An intention setting circle to begin the movement, with minimal facilitation to get into movement and then a free movement journey without speaking or contact with others. Some refreshments afterwards.
Timings:
7:45 arrive at Elixir Vitae Studio, meet and greet
8pm gather in a circle to begin the ceremony with invocation and intention setting
8:00 the dance begins 9pm sharing, end of ceremony, casual social time and refreshments
