The Dalmatian Herbs & Cooking Workshop with Mikki’s Croatian Kitchen
Get the full interactive and educational farm-to-table experience, and discover how best to nourish yourself to keep yourself strong, healthy and happy using everything that nature has to offer.
You will learn what are the native herbs and edibles available in the area, what the benefits are of each of the ingredients, and then together we will prepare our own lunch, a traditional Croatian fare, with our own herby bread and Cevapcic!.
This is very much a hands-on workshop, and you will be preparing your own food which we will all enjoy together outside with a glass of local wine if you like!

Enjoy a glass of locally produced domestic wine, chemical-free just as nature intended.

The Dalmatian Herbs & Cooking Workshop will include:
✔ A cooking lesson making homemade Čevapčići (small skinless sausages) or Vegan Garden Fresh “Pesto” served on Polenta slices if you prefer a meatless meal. This is a Hands-On experience
✔ An educational booklet that includes local recipes and modern twists to Adriatic cooking, highlighting the benefits of the ingredients used.
